Creative Execution

• Execute creative concepts in collaboration with copy partners under the direction of the Creative Director.
• Visualize concepts and translate them into design.
• Identify and develop creative thinking towards big ideas.
• Ensure brand tone and positioning is reflected in all creative outputs.

Client & Team Leadership

• Present big ideas to clients using effective techniques.
• Take ownership of creative work and lead by example.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the design team.
• Act as the main point of contact for Account Management and Project Management within the team.
• Provide insightful creative executions that positively impact the client's business.
