More than 80% of our clients are international MNCs and GCCs, and our work spans across India. We are entering a phase of major vertical expansion and platform evolution, with multiple announcements and launches planned over the coming months.

About the Role

We are hiring a Creative / Visual Designer to operate as a strong individual contributor across marketing, brand, and product communication.

You will work across social, web, long-form reports, videos, and brand systems. As Altre expands its verticals and platforms, design volume and complexity are increasing rapidly. This role offers the opportunity to help define and standardize visual language, not just execute assets.

Your work will include LinkedIn carousels and statics, website sections and landing pages, research reports and insight PDFs, short videos and explainers, sales decks, and core brand assets such as icons, layouts, and templates. The expectation is not perfection on day one but strong visual judgment, adaptability, and ownership.

You'll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams, often working with early-stage inputs and shaping the final output end-to-end. Over time, you'll help raise the overall quality bar by setting visual standards and improving systems, not just individual files. If you have experience with Webflow or Framer, you'll also help guide internal adoption, though this is a plus, not a requirement.

Required Skills and Experience

• 24 years of experience as a visual/creative designer, operating as a strong individual contributor
• Comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end, not just executing briefs
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Working experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent)
• Ability to design across multiple formats (social, web, reports, decks, video)
• Exposure to B2B, SaaS, consulting, real estate, or research-led environments is a plus
• Strong visual judgment, clarity of thinking, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving inputs
• Full-time role based in Gurgaon, with a hybrid working model
