Job Title: Senior Brand & Creative Designer

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Brand & Creative Designer to drive creative excellence across brand identities, campaigns, and digital platforms. This role will be responsible for maintaining high creative standards, leading brand development, managing workflows, and mentoring a creative team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of brand identities, including visual systems, logos, packaging, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and high creative quality across all brand touchpoints (digital, app, campaigns, and on-ground assets).
- Provide creative direction for campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and new product launches.
- Oversee UI visuals and enhance brand presence across digital platforms.
- Act as a creative gatekeeper to ensure strong brand consistency and execution.
- Manage end-to-end creative workflows, timelines, and multiple projects.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior creative team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and business teams.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in creative roles, including leadership experience.
- Proven experience as a Creative Lead or Senior Creative Manager.
- Strong expertise in brand identity, campaign development, and creative direction.
- UI design experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
