Role Overview

We're looking for a Creative Art Designer with a strong eye for minimal, intelligent, high-craft design. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across brand systems and understands how design supports strategy—not just aesthetics.

You'll operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, moving seamlessly between thinking and execution.

What You'll Work On

• Brand identities and visual systems

• Websites and digital design systems

• Pitch decks, proposals, and presentations

• Social media and campaign creatives

• Print, packaging, and brand collateral

What You'll Do

• Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems

• Design brand identities, guidelines, and assets

• Create website layouts and digital components

• Develop presentation decks and client-facing materials

• Design product packaging

• Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints

• Prepare final files for web and print

• Collaborate closely with strategy and business teams

What We're Looking For

Taste

• Strong typography and layout fundamentals

• Clean, contemporary visual sensibility

• Experience designing for premium and B2B brands

Thinking

• Ability to understand brand positioning

• Skilled in building design systems (not just single creatives)

• High attention to detail and structure

Skills Required

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)

• Figma (essential)

• Presentation design (Keynote / PowerPoint)

• Basic understanding of web design systems

Mindset

• Reliable, responsive, and deadline-driven

• Comfortable with feedback and iterations

• Strong ownership and time management

• Interested in long-term craft and growth

Nice to Have

• Branding project experience
