Creative Copywriter
We are seeking a sharp, versatile Copywriter to join our creative team in New Delhi. This is a role for someone who can write a punchy, three-word hook for an Instagram Reel just as effortlessly as they can craft a detailed brand story or a high-converting landing page.
If you understand the nuances of internet speak but haven't lost the art of professional storytelling, you'll fit right in. This is a full-time, on-site position in a high-energy marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Mastery: Write compelling captions, on-screen text for Reels/TikToks, and ad copies for Instagram and Facebook that drive engagement and clicks.
- Brand Voice Development: Help define and maintain unique brand voices for a variety of clients, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Long-form Content: Draft structured, SEO-friendly website copy, blog posts, and detailed brand profiles or About Us sections.
- Campaign Brainstorming: Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize 360-degree marketing campaigns, bridging the gap between visual and verbal storytelling.
- Editing & Proofreading: Ensure every piece of content leaving the agency is grammatically flawless and aligned with the client's brief.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 23 years of professional copywriting experience, specifically within a marketing or creative agency.
- Platform Knowledge: A deep understanding of social media algorithms and how copy impacts performance on Meta platforms (Instagram/Facebook).
- Versatility: Proven ability to switch tonesfrom witty and trendy to corporate and authoritative.
- Location: Currently based in or willing to commute to New Delhi for on-site work.
- Education: A degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or Marketing is preferred but not mandatory if your portfolio is exceptional.
