About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Copywriter with 23 years of experience in digital or creative environments who can think concept-first and execute flawlessly across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can decode briefs, simplify complex ideas (especially BFSI), and craft impactful copy across CRM, social media, websites, and integrated digital campaigns.
You'll work closely with designers, strategists, and account managers to take ideas from concept to deployment, ensuring every piece of communication is sharp, relevant, and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Writeclear, engaging, and insight-led copyfor: CRM (emailers, push notifications, SMS, in-app), social media platforms, websites, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints
- Conceptualise and executeend-to-end campaigns, from ideation and big idea development to final rollout across channels
- Work extensively onBFSI clients, translating complex financial products and services intosimple, relatable, and engaging content
- Collaborate with designers and strategists to ensurestrong creative conceptualisation and cohesive messagingacross all assets
- Decode briefs, understand client requirements, and deliver copy that aligns withbusiness goals, brand voice, and audience insight
- DevelopSEO-optimised contentthat balances performance with creativity and readability
- Understand and maintain consistency in brand tone while adapting messaging across formats and platforms
- Ensureclose attention to detail, quality control, and error-free delivery across all communication
- Stay updated with content trends, platform updates, and evolving digital behaviour patterns
Requirements
- 23 years of copywriting experiencein a digital agency, creative studio, or brand setup
- Proven experience writing forCRM, social media, websites, and other digital media channels
- Hands-on experience working withBFSI clients(banking, finance, insurance, fintech)
- Strongcreative conceptualisation skillswith the ability to build campaign ideas, not just write copy
- Experience working on campaignsfrom ideation to deployment
- Ability to clearlydecode briefs and translate client needs into effective communication
- Solid understanding ofSEO fundamentals and content performance principles
- Strong eye for detail with a focus onquality control and consistency
- Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
