Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Associate to join our Creative Team. This role is fundamental to the execution of our brand strategy, serving as the bridge between creative vision and operational implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of creative campaigns, comprehensive influencer management, and the meticulous oversight of our production pipeline.

The Creative Team at Nat Habit thrives on a balance of aesthetic excellence and analytical rigor. We are looking for a professional who can manage complex cross-functional workflows, ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, and translate strategic goals into high-impact content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Production & Campaign Management

Shoot Coordination: Lead the logistical requirements for brand and product campaigns, managing model casting, talent coordination, and post-production workflows.

Integrated Campaign Oversight: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of YouTube integrated campaigns and D2C performance marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Strategic Briefing: Develop comprehensive creative briefs and oversee the vetting of ad copies to ensure they remain consistent with our brand voice and marketing objectives.

Content Innovation & Research: Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis—including Voxpop insights and Facebook Ad Library reviews—to inform future creative strategy and integrate emerging tools, such as AI-driven animation, into our workflows.

2. Influencer Marketing & Operations

Influencer Lifecycle Management: Lead the coordination of our influencer roster, overseeing everything from initial onboarding and briefing to ongoing relationship management.

Logistics & Fulfilment: Manage the end-to-end operational process for influencer product delivery, including inventory coordination, shipping logistics, and tracking to ensure timely arrival for content creation.

Quality Assurance: Execute systematic vetting of influencer-generated content to maintain brand standards and maximize campaign effectiveness.

External Agency Liaison: Manage communications and project timelines with external agencies and content partners, ensuring that all outsourced work meets our quality benchmarks and delivery schedules.

3. Operational Excellence & Project Governance

Project Tracking: Maintain and optimize critical department documentation, including the Creative Planner, L3 Planner, Media Summaries, and Influencer Stage Trackers.

Ad Nomenclature & Data Standards: Implement and enforce rigorous ad naming conventions to support the performance marketing team in accurate data analysis and campaign optimization.

Localization & Adaptation: Coordinate the vetting and regional adaptation of vernacular content, ensuring brand resonance across diverse demographic segments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; 2–4 years of proven experience in a creative, agency, or production-focused role.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder project timelines with high precision and minimal oversight.

  • Operational Efficiency: Strong capability in managing logistics and fulfillment processes, with high attention to detail in tracking and distribution.

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of effectively managing external agencies, influencers, and internal teams.

  • Analytical Aptitude: Proficiency in data management and tracking systems (Excel/Google Sheets) to drive campaign efficiency.

  • Creative Judgment: A strong eye for visual storytelling, design quality, and video narrative, with the ability to provide actionable, constructive feedback.
