Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for the position of Counselor. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to prospective students about the institute's courses and certifications, addressing their queries, and assisting them in the enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, maintaining student records, coordinating with trainers, and offering support to students throughout their certification and placement process. Additionally, the Counselor will contribute to the institute's outreach initiatives and help maintain a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with prospective students and their families.
• Proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, and relationship management.
• Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Comfortable with using basic office and communication tools, including MS Office and CRM software, for administrative tasks.

• Prior experience in counseling or educational institutions is a plus but not mandatory.
