This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Pune City. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored real estate solutions. Daily responsibilities include client communication, providing property-related advice, negotiating deals, and working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. The role requires a proactive approach to generating leads, attending client meetings, and staying updated on real estate market trends.

• Client relationship management, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Sales and marketing knowledge, lead generation experience, and a customer-focused approach
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to create customized solutions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in real estate market trends and industry knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous
• Proficient in using CRM tools and basic software applications
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; additional local language skills are a plus
