Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for understanding product specific nuances across multiple loan products (Salaried Personal, CA, Doctor & Business Loans)
- Responsible for identification of business problem through regular sync up with cross functional business, operations & u/w, risk, analytics and marketing stakeholder and translate the same in BRDs/User story/ Workflows
- Ability to create detailed business documents like User stories, BRD, Wireframe, Product training decks
- Own consumers digital journey and manage backend complexity of offers, listing & subsequent integrations encompassing lead generation to End-to-end disbursements
- Responsible for initiatives to reduce time to disbursement (improve TAT) & drive DIY / touch free loan processing
- Take feedback from customers & Internal stakeholders (Sales, Call Centre, Credit, Operation) for initiatives to optimizing digital lending process
- Thoroughly validate developed capability/product in UAT cycle and ensure product suffice requirement acceptance criteria and ensure on time product delivery
- Ability to analyse journeys with tools such as Mouse Flow, User Experior etc to identify opportunities for improvements, eliminate drop-offs & customer experience interventions
Required Qualifications And Experience
- A proven track record of data driven decision making and problem solving. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation, given that a large part of the business is based on rigorous analytics & credit risk management
- Strong interpersonal skills and project management abilities are a must
- Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Sound understanding of development cycle, scrum framework and UAT cycle
- 2+ years of experience in the Agile development process
- Deep knowledge on SDLC process
- Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. Previous consulting experience is a plus
- Exposure to tools like – Confluence, JIRA, Postman & AWS Technologies
- Expertise in MS office tools since the candidate will be responsible stakeholder management
