Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Counselor. The Counselor will provide guidance and support to students in areas such as education decisions, career planning, and study abroad opportunities. Responsibilities include assessing students needs, conducting consultations, offering personalized advice, and facilitating the admission process. The Counselor will work closely with students, families, and academic institutions to ensure seamless education and career mobility solutions.

• Strong counseling-related skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
• Expertise in career planning, study abroad solutions, and education advising
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients and schedules efficiently
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to manage client interactions and data effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Familiarity with global education systems and visa application processes
