Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Academic Counselor, based in Bihar, India. The Senior Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students in their academic journey, understanding their educational and career goals, providing tailored counseling, and fostering productive conversations. The role involves assisting students in course selection, addressing academic concerns, and empowering them with information to achieve their aspirations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents
- Proficiency in Academic Advising and a deep understanding of Education systems
- Ability to empathize with students, guide their decisions, and offer career and academic guidance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Prior experience in an academic counseling role is an advantage
- A passion for supporting and motivating students
