Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor based in New Delhi. The Academic Counselor will engage with students to guide them in educational and career decision-making processes. Responsibilities include providing academic advising, offering career counseling, and supporting students in selecting and enrolling in appropriate courses. The Academic Counselor will also foster effective communication with students and help them achieve their academic and career goals while addressing their individual needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively through their academic and career journeys
• Proficiency in Academic Advising and Education to address diverse academic needs and course selection processes
• Excellent Communication skills for building rapport with students and providing clear, empathetic guidance
• Ability to handle diverse student profiles and provide personalized support
• Experience in educational counseling or a related field is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
