Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Noida, for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will provide guidance to students, helping them plan and achieve their career goals. Responsibilities include conducting career counseling sessions, assessing student needs, developing career development plans, and providing advice on career options and opportunities. The role also involves maintaining records, collaborating with educational institutions, and staying updated on industry trends to better support students.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience and skills in Student Counseling and guiding young individuals
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students
• Empathy, active listening, and the ability to provide tailored guidance
• Familiarity with education systems, job market trends, and career planning tools
• Prior experience as a Career Counselor or in a similar role is an added advantage
