Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor, located in Hyderabad. The Counselor will provide guidance to students and their families on suitable academic programs and study destinations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, assessing student profiles, providing assistance with the application process, and staying updated on international education policies. The role involves fostering positive relationships with students and institutions while ensuring the highest level of support and professionalism throughout the counseling process.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of academic advising, program selection, and career counseling
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Competence in handling documentation, application processes, and relevant procedural requirements
- Ability to research educational opportunities and remain informed of international admission policies
- Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in counseling or education consultancy is advantageous
