Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Europe Counselor, based in Hyderabad. The Europe Counselor will guide students in their journey of pursuing education opportunities in European countries. Responsibilities include providing personalized counseling sessions, crafting customized educational plans, assisting with the application and visa processes, and offering guidance on course and institution selections. The role also involves coordinating with universities, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of European education policies, and building effective relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and advising skills to assist students with educational and career planning
• Proficiency in communication, with excellent written and verbal skills
• Understanding of university admissions processes, visa application requirements, and knowledge of European education systems
• Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and organizational tasks
• Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and educational institutions
• Proficiency in using digital tools, online communication platforms, and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field
• Relevant experience in educational counseling or study abroad services preferred
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a diverse environment
