Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Senior Counselor / Manager specializing in abroad education. The role involves providing personalized guidance to students on international education opportunities, assisting with application processes, and addressing any queries related to admissions. Responsibilities also include managing client relationships, ensuring top-notch service delivery, coordinating with partner universities, and staying updated on global education trends and policies to provide accurate information to students.
Qualifications
- Strong counseling skills, with the ability to guide students through education options and processes.
- Proficiency in coordination and relationship management with international institutions and students.
- Knowledge of global education courses, application procedures, and visa processes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to address student concerns effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in overseas education consulting or a relevant domain is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
