Role Overview What This Role Is Really About

Weekday and long-stay occupancy doesn't happen by chance. It is built through local corporate relationships, disciplined follow-ups, and consistent execution.

As a Corporate Sales Manager, you are responsible for:

  • Building corporate demand around assigned properties
  • Converting nearby companies into repeat revenue partners
  • Ensuring stable weekday occupancy through long-term accounts

This is a hands-on, field-driven corporate sales role with clear revenue ownership.

What You Will Practically Do Every Day

  • Own end-to-end corporate revenue for assigned properties within a cluster
  • Identify and close corporate accounts for daily, monthly, and long-stay bookings
  • Conduct 45 client meetings per day through field visits, calls, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain a strong corporate funnel for weekday and long-stay demand
  • Target high-potential companies within a 57 km radius (tech parks, pharma hubs, offices)
  • Negotiate commercials and manage local corporate agreements
  • Coordinate invoicing and payment processes with internal teams
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Operations teams on pricing and client retention
  • Share weekly revenue updates and forecasts with cluster leadership
