CTC: 12 Lakhs,(7 Lakhs fixed and 5 Lakhs variable) based on performance

Role Overview

We are looking for a Corporate Sales Manager / Catering Sales Manager with strong experience in B2B sales, corporate catering, and event solutions. This role is focused on acquiring new corporate clients, closing catering contracts, and growing long-term partnerships across daily meals and event-based catering.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and onboard corporate clients for daily meal programs, cafeteria management, and corporate events

Drive new business development through direct outreach to HR, Admin, Facility, and Procurement teams

Pitch MyKhana's corporate catering, cafeteria, and event solutions to mid-to-large enterprises

Close deals for daily meal contracts, bulk catering, meetings, conferences, and corporate celebrations Negotiate pricing, contracts, SLAs, and service agreements

Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and delivery teams to ensure smooth service execution

Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell and renewal opportunities

Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and corporate dining needs

Requirements

Strong corporate network in Bengaluru (HR, Admin, Facility, Procurement contacts preferred)

Proven track record in closing catering or corporate service contracts

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales

Good understanding of corporate meal programs, event catering, and F&B operations
