Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2B sales operations in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue
growth through enterprise and corporate clients, building long-term relationships, managing key accounts, and leading high-performing sales teams. This role requires strong strategic thinking,
excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of solution-focused selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify, engage, and onboard new corporate and enterprise clients
- Manage and expand relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures with senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine sales plans
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline reviews for leadership
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of corporate sales executives (if applicable)
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 7–12 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in technology, services, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise or corporate segments
- Experience handling large-ticket deals and long sales cycles
- Strong understanding of the Bengaluru and South India corporate market landscape
