Job Description

We are having an opening for Corporate Sales Manager for a leading Digital Pharma Company at Bangalore location

Position: Corporate Sales Manager

Exp :5+ years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

- Identify, engage, and onboard new corporate and enterprise clients

- Manage and expand relationships with key accounts and strategic partners

- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures with senior stakeholders

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine sales plans

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline reviews for leadership

- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of corporate sales executives (if applicable)

- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

- 7–12 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in technology, services, SaaS, or enterprise solutions

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise or corporate segments

- Experience handling large-ticket deals and long sales cycles

- Strong understanding of the Bengaluru and South India corporate market landscape

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities

- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability

- Data-driven decision-making and proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
