Job Title: Sales Manager (Corporate/B2B)

Location: Bangalore (Bikasipura)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Corporate & B2B Growth

  • Drive corporate gifting and enterprise sales across segments
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with corporates & channel partners
  • Acquire, nurture & grow large corporate accounts

Sales Ownership

  • Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to closure
  • Present tailored solutions & proposals for high-value clients
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets

Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, train & mentor inside and outbound sales teams
  • Set measurable performance goals
  • Build a high-energy team culture focused on results

Market Strategy

  • Identify new verticals, opportunities & sectors
  • Strengthen BoxUp's presence in corporate and B2B markets
  • Work with brand & marketing teams for launch support
  • Drive MIS reporting, forecasting & pipeline planning

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 10+ years in corporate sales, B2B, gifting, luxury, FMCG or related industry

Proven ability in handling corporate enterprise accounts

Experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets
