Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to join our Corporate Sales team based in Jammu. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential business opportunities, conducting corporate meetings, and establishing long-term partnerships with clients. This role involves regular client visits and requires strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships. The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for potential business clients.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with corporate clients to present our products/services.
  • Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring mutual benefit for both the company and the client.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to provide strategic insights.

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate sales or business development is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
