Role Overview
This position serves as the primary outbound engine for a fast-growing performance marketing and web development agency specializing in scaling D2C and e-commerce brands. The core focus is identifying brand owners and marketing decision-makers, executing cold outreach, and converting prospects into clients for performance marketing and web services.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales: Execute daily cold calls to D2C brand owners, founders, and marketing heads.
- Service Pitching: Present agency services including Meta & Google ads, web development, and Shopify/WooCommerce management.
- Prospecting & Research: Identify potential clients through LinkedIn and social media platforms prior to outreach.
- Lead Nurturing: Manage LinkedIn connection requests, DMs, and follow-ups to warm up prospects.
- Meeting Coordination: Book discovery calls and demos for the senior leadership team.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain a clean pipeline log and update the CRM daily to ensure organized lead management.
- Target Performance: Meet weekly quotas regarding call volume, meaningful conversations, and scheduled meetings.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: 1–2 years in outbound B2B sales, tele-sales, or agency business development.
- Communication Skills: High level of confidence in cold calling without relying on rigid scripts; proficiency in English is required, while Hindi is a plus for regional outreach.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing services (ads, websites, and conversions).
- Platform Proficiency: Practical experience using LinkedIn for lead generation and outreach.
- Result-Oriented: Self-motivated mindset with a proven ability to hit targets independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling to D2C brands, e-commerce founders, or startups.
- Foundational knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Shopify.
- Exposure to CRM tools or spreadsheet-based pipeline management.
- Proven ability to navigate and overcome common sales objections.
