Role overview- You are the bridge between raw data and business breakthroughs. As our Data & Analytics Consultant, you will architect the strategies that turn complex datasets into clear, actionable stories for our clients. We aren't just looking for a dashboard builder; we need a visionary who can lead high-level discovery and implement sophisticated data models that drive real growth.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Consultative Mindset: At least 5 years of experience leading client-facing analytics projects and translating business speak into technical requirements.
- Expert Platform Mastery: Proven success developing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Tableau, B2BMA, CRM Analytics) and beyond (Power BI, Looker).
- Strategic Data Modelling: A deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and the ability to write complex SQL to manipulate and structure data.
- Visualization Artistry: A track record of creating high-impact dashboards that don't just show numbers, but highlight critical KPIs and trends.
- Technical Leadership: The ability to guide internal teams through complex data science propensity models and data strategy workshops.
A Day-in-the-Life
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover deep reporting needs and identify gaps in current data structures.
- Architect end-to-end analytics implementations, from initial data ingestion to final visualisation.
- Translate complex data challenges into elegant, automated solutions using the latest tools in the stack.
- Empower clients and internal teams by conducting high-energy training sessions that foster data literacy.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics apps in CRM Analytics and Marketing Cloud Intelligence that give clients visibility into campaign performance, pipeline health, and customer behaviour.
- Support data integration efforts between Salesforce and external platforms using APIs, ETL tools, and data connectors
- Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure our data solutions are optimised and scalable.
- Champion innovation by staying ahead of the curve on new features within the Salesforce and Analytics clouds.
What Success Looks Like
- Successfully integrated into assigned client projects and are consistently hitting your billable targets.
- Master the Sercante delivery process and confidently lead analytics implementations for assigned clients.
- Successfully launch a suite of propensity models or advanced data strategies that have measurably improved ROI for multiple key accounts.
