Role OverviewWe're looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and scale paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google. This role requires a mix of analytical thinking and creative strategy to drive conversions, revenue, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
- Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup:
- Audience targeting
- Budget allocation
- Ad creatives & copy coordination
- A/B testing
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for:
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
- CTR, CPC, conversions
- Conduct keyword research and implement effective bidding strategies for Google Ads
- Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager to generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with design and content teams for high-performing creatives
- Track and report weekly/monthly performance metrics
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and new ad formats
Requirements- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running paid ads
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking
- Basic knowledge of funnels, landing pages, and user behavior
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage budgets efficiently
Good to Have- Experience with e-commerce brands
- Knowledge of pixel tracking, events, and remarketing
- Copywriting skills for ads
- Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
