Role Description

As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will play a pivotal role in financial planning and analysis, building financial models, conducting due diligence, and evaluating financial performance to support business decisions. This is a full-time position based on-site in Hyderabad, where teamwork and collaboration drive innovation and success.

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Finance Associateto manage company financials, oversee loan granting processes, and ensure compliance with financial standards across Indian, USA, and UAE markets**.

The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background or is pursuing CA certification, and is comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions in a fast-moving, AI-driven finance environment.

This role sits within Techdome's Finance Wizard practice — our AI-driven finance function — and is an internal, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling, including projection modeling and valuation principles
• Comprehensive understanding of Finance and Financial Analysis to support decision-making
• Experience with performing meticulous Due Diligence for assessing investments, acquisitions, or transactions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights effectively
• Proficiency in financial software such as Excel, ERP systems, and other relevant analytical tools
• Prior experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting is an asset

Responsibilities

Financial Management

- Manage company financials, including bookkeeping, month-end close, and financial reporting

- Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations

- Support preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

- Track receivables, payables, and working capital

- Prepare management reports and financial dashboards

Loan Granting & Processing

- Oversee the end-to-end loan granting process

- Review loan applications and supporting financial documentation

- Support credit assessment, underwriting, and due diligence

- Prepare loan documentation, sanction notes, and disbursement records

- Monitor repayments, interest accruals, and borrower compliance

- Maintain loan registers and related MIS

Compliance — India / USA / UAE

- Ensure compliance with applicable financial standards and regulatory requirements across Indian, USA, and UAE markets

- India: GST, TDS, income tax, ROC filings, Companies Act compliance

- USA: Federal and state tax filings, 1099/W-9 handling, applicable sales tax

- UAE: VAT returns, corporate tax filings, relevant statutory requirements

- Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure timely filings across jurisdictions

- Coordinate with external consultants, CAs, and auditors

Analytical Support

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and risks

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Provide analytical inputs for management decision-making

Audit & Internal Controls

- Support statutory, tax, and internal audits

- Maintain documentation, audit schedules, and reconciliations

- Strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs

Preferred Qualifications

- Multi-entity or multi-country finance exposure

- Experience in a CA firm, consulting firm, or financial services organization

- Familiarity with AI tools and automation in finance workflows
