Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Executive position located in Gurugram. The Corporate Executive will oversee and manage strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive organizational growth. Responsibilities include business development, client relationship management, strategic planning, operational efficiency, and fostering a results-driven environment. The selected individual will play a pivotal role in achieving organizational goals and ensuring alignment with Eye Zenith's mission of exceptional eye care.

Qualifications

• Strategic Thinking, Business Development, and Leadership capabilities
• 0-1 years of experience in field sales.
• Expertise in relationship management, communication, and negotiation
• Analytical skills, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to drive high-impact projects and manage cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Strong understanding of healthcare or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Demonstrated commitment to organizational goals and mission-driven initiatives.
