Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence.
  • Manage recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and addressing their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying fully aware of new products and competitor activities.
