Creative Copywriter (Meta Ads and Influencer Scripts)

We are building Shaper Peach, a fast growing shapewear brand in India, and we are looking for a performance focused copywriter who understands how to sell, not just write.
If you enjoy turning consumer psychology into high converting ads and content, this role is for you.
What you will work on
- Writing high converting Meta ad scripts across formats such as UGC, problem-solution, testimonial, before-after and founder led angles
- Scripting influencer and creator content including Reels and short form videos
- Developing strong hooks, angles and positioning ideas
- Contributing to brand messaging and overall social media direction
- Working closely with the performance marketing and video teams to test and iterate creatives
- Studying competitors and identifying patterns in winning ads
This is not a generic content writing role. You will be directly contributing to revenue through creative strategy.
What we are looking for
- 1 to 2 years of experience in advertising or D2C copywriting
- Hands on experience writing for Meta ads
- Experience in shapewear, lingerie, fashion or apparel is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology
- Ability to write in a natural, conversational tone suited for UGC
- Comfortable writing multiple variations of the same script
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn
Bonus if you have worked with influencer led brands or have experience in women focused categories.
