What We're Looking For
A storyteller who can make even complex topics feel simple and engaging. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setup and loves experimenting with tone, wordplay, and new digital formats.
Responsibilities
- Creative Copywriting: Write catchy, compelling, and on-brand copy for digital campaigns including ads, app push notifications, web banners, emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and other marketing creatives.
- Simplify Complex Topics: Translate insurance-related concepts into clear, accessible, and customer-friendly language that builds trust and understanding.
- Long-form & Thought Leadership Support: Assist in drafting long-form articles, blogs, and white papers that reflect industry insights and brand expertise.
- Collaboration & Campaign Alignment: Partner with marketing, design, and product teams to develop content that aligns with campaign goals, visual direction, and brand voice.
- Content Strategy Support: Contribute ideas and execute content plans as part of larger campaigns and editorial calendars.
- SEO & Performance Writing: Write content optimized for search and digital performance ensuring discoverability without compromising creativity.
- Quality & Consistency: Maintain high standards of grammar, tone, and style across all written materials.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor content to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple content requests, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to briefs.
Qualification / Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in content writing, preferably in insurance, finance, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content formats.
- Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), project tracking tools, and editorial workflows is a plus
- Exposure to content creation for new-age brands, make-up/fashion industry, fast commerce, or app-first non-BFSI segments is a strong advantage
- We are looking candidate who has good experience in content writing, creativity.
