Coordinator, Cash For Relocation

Job Description

• Answer all Inbound calls coming to the CFR toll free number.
• Offer Cash for Relocation and Cash for Redemption explain the terms and conditions clearly to occupant
• Dial Outbound in attempt to offer Cash for Relocation to occupants
• Prepare Cash for Relocation documents and send it to the occupant to agree to the program.
• Documentation to be done via email and Outbound call
• Facilitate Check Processing and coordinate with Preservation vendors to CFR check Delivery and property securing
• Facilitate closure of eviction actions through periodic follow up with the attorneys by phone and email on every file
• Ensuring every task is reviewed and completed with SLA.
• Act as a liaison with different departments and the business unitsto ensure smooth closure of files
• Provide necessary updates to the Client (whenever required) without any delay
• Ability to discern matters that require Supervisor's attention
• Be a team player and act in accordance with the organization's code of conduct always.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of International BPO (Preferably US)
• Should be a Graduate in any discipline.
• Flexible to work in night shifts.

Skillset Requirement:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Proactive attitude, detail oriented and a team player
