Ramaiah Institute of Science and Management Foundation seeks a tech-savvy Digital Campaign Coordinator to manage collaborations with digital marketing agencies and platforms. This role drives online lead generation and brand awareness for UG/PG STEM and Business programs launching August 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with digital marketing agencies to execute performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and education-focused platforms for BTech, MBA, BBA promotion.
- Coordinate campaign planning, budgeting, and optimization with agencies, ensuring alignment with RISM's international collaborations.
- Manage platform relationships (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, edtech portals) and negotiate media buys targeting students/parents in key demographics.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools, providing daily/weekly reports on CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI to admissions leadership.
- Develop creative briefs for ad creatives, landing pages, and retargeting strategies highlighting residential campus, industry linkages, and placement outcomes.
- Oversee A/B testing, audience segmentation (geography, interests: STEM/business), and compliance with education advertising regulations.
- Collaborate with outreach team for integrated campaigns and support CRM integration for lead handoff to admissions.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Google Analytics/Facebook Blueprint certification preferred.
Experience
- 3+ years managing digital campaigns for education/services; agency coordination experience essential.
Skills
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics 4; CRM integration (Salesforce/others). Strong Excel for reporting.
