Job Description

Overview

Support Unit LD& T Lead for Planning & Logistics, Demand Planning & Customer Service (Drive OST, OTIF, CFR & OFR)
Support Productivity agenda for the Regional Logistics in Secondary Freight and warehousing by carrying diagnostics and root cause analysis
Payment management of all LD&T vendors and Freight data management for secondary freight.
Work with the Plant LD& T Teams, Plant Managers and Central Supply Planning to ensure demand supply gaps are minimized on an ongoing basis


Responsibilities

- list in priority order the main accountabilities/deliverables of the role, including key measures. These should be clearly the responsibilities of the JOB HOLDER.
Help Unit LD&T with preparing of demand forecast file and diagnosis of demand trends
Coordinate with HQ Supply Planning, HQ Demand Planning and Plants to ensure right stocks and manage Demand Compliance on AOP
Track Supply Chain (Secondary freight , Warehousing ) Costs for the region.
100% checking of fortnightly secondary freight file for all vendors.
Payment status monitoring of all vendors
Preparation of Cost COC and freight diagnostics
Support Unit LD&T in negotiations by helping with diagnostics and other ground work
Review and manage age of stocks and drive productivity in damage and expiry
Resolve MT filtrates through collaboration with MT Sales Team and WSP's
Tracking all local promotions and banding operations at DC
Support unit LD&T with doing structured review of all WSP's
Preparation of daily and period MIS's



Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Graduate with 5-6 years exp in FMCG.

Working knowledge of logistics and warehousing operations in retail or FMCG operations.
Good Knowledge of SAP and Excellent excel skills
