Implementation SPOC to lead and coordinate the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, legal teams, and technology partners to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the CLM solution
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact for end-to-end CLM implementation initiatives
Gather and translate legal and contracting requirements into functional system specifications
Collaborate with Legal, Digital Office, Service lines SPOCs, IT, and external vendors during implementation
Configure and support workflows across contract authoring, review, approval, execution, and renewal
Manage implementation timelines, risks, testing, and go-live readiness (This will be jointly managed by SPOC and Digital Office)
Drive user training, documentation, and change management to ensure adoption across Service Lines
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of legal processes, contracting, and contract lifecycle management
