Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow real estate portfolios for individual clients.
- Provide strategic solutions for liquidation and management of real estate assets.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients and builder networks.
- Develop new business opportunities through client acquisition and portfolio building.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable investment and transaction solutions.
- Drive revenue generation and contribute to organizational growth targets.
- Support field operations and digital platform initiatives for portfolio expansion.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
- Contribute towards achieving the organization's vision, mission, and business goals.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Relationship Management, Business Development, Banking Sales, Insurance Sales, Wealth Management, or similar client-facing roles.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
