We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Transactions Relationship Manager to strengthen our transaction and client relationship team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow real estate portfolios for individual clients.
  • Provide strategic solutions for liquidation and management of real estate assets.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients and builder networks.
  • Develop new business opportunities through client acquisition and portfolio building.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable investment and transaction solutions.
  • Drive revenue generation and contribute to organizational growth targets.
  • Support field operations and digital platform initiatives for portfolio expansion.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
  • Contribute towards achieving the organization's vision, mission, and business goals.

  • Passion for sales, business development, and portfolio management.
  • Ability to build and maintain builder and client networks.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Relationship Management, Business Development, Banking Sales, Insurance Sales, Wealth Management, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
