We are urgently hiring for a Telecaller position at our office in Andheri East, Mumbai. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with customers and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, answering queries and providing information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales conversions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up on leads and inquiries.
- Assist in market research and gather customer feedback.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in using telecommunication systems and CRM software.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
