• UX UI Designer Job Role 6 Years Exp.
• Delivers initiatives to improve the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, researchers and content designers.
• Contributes to strategic decisions around the future direction of Clients products and product design strategy.
• Drives the design of end to end user flows and experiences within Clients design systems and or standards.
• Crafts new or complex digital first experiences that achieve commercial goals such as increased digital channel share and have clear commercial impact.
• Implements continuous improvement opportunities to improve the design team processes, ensuring a consistent and coherent process to manage design quality and collaboration across squads.
• Builds meaningful internal relationships, contributes to a culture of design excellence and promotes a user centered way of working.
• Advocates for customer needs, overseeing that designers and squads are designing solutions that solve real customer needs.
• Creating wireframes and prototypes to communicate the look and feel of the UI before it's developed.
• Skills required
• Strong knowledge of visual design principles, such as typography and colour theory.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of interaction design principles.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and processes
• The ability to create wireframes and prototypes.
• Strong knowledge of industry tools like: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch etc

Qualification

• Tech content creator and user guide video making:-
• Develop, write, and edit technical content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and product documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand product details.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with the company's branding and messaging.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices in content creation.
• Create engaging and informative user guide videos for various products and services.
• Work closely with product managers and technical teams to understand the product features and functionalities.
• Develop scripts and storyboards for user guide videos.
• Record, edit, and produce high-quality video content.
• Ensure videos are clear, concise, and easy to understand for the target audience.
• Stay updated with the latest video production techniques and tools.
