Responsibilities:
End-to-End content delivery for multiple client accounts
Create content for key strategic accounts
Develop content for blogs, social media, websites, marketing collateral, videos, presentation decks, emails, SEO articles and more.
Work closely with various teams within the organization, including content, design, marketing and web development
Do a thorough QC of content deliveries
Ensure timely, quality delivery of content
Ensuring content are as per client expectations
Implement content delivery processes in order to streamline existing operations
Front ending all client communications for select set of customers
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in content writing
Proven experience in writing content for blogs, social media, websites, videos, and marketing collaterals
Experience in writing for B2B tech industry would be an advantage
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
