As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Junior Content Writer who is passionate about education and finance and wants to help shape the way young minds understand money.
Role Overview
As a Junior Content Writer at NFO, you'll be an integral part of our content and marketing team. Your role will involve creating compelling, informative, and engaging content that resonates with students, educators, and parents. From blog posts and educational resources to social media campaigns and promotional material, you'll help us bring financial literacy to life through impactful storytelling and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, plan, and write high-quality content focused on financial literacy, money management, and economics for school students and parents.
- Develop well-structured blog articles, social media copy (LinkedIn, Instagram), emailers, and promotional campaigns that align with our mission.
- Create educational material that simplifies complex financial topics in an age-appropriate and engaging manner.
- Collaborate with designers to develop visually enriched content assets.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone and style.
- Apply SEO best practices to content to improve discoverability and drive organic traffic.
- Work closely with the marketing and design team to align content strategies with campaign goals and brand voice.
Requirements
- 12 years of professional experience in content writing, preferably in the domains of education, fintech, edtech, or publishing.
- Strong command of written English, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different age groups and platforms.
- Have strong writing and research skills and the ability to simplify and explain complex ideas in an engaging and clear manner.
- Familiarity with content best practices for both digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, brochures, and promotional material.
- Can work independently while also collaborating with a team.
- Are creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- A portfolio of relevant work (to be submitted along with the resume).
Bonus:
- Have an interest in the subject matter of Finance and Economics.
- Experience working on email marketing copy, campaign landing pages, or performance-based content.
