Responsibilities
- End-to-End content delivery for multiple client accounts
- Create content for key strategic accounts
- Develop content for blogs, social media, websites, marketing collateral, videos, presentation decks, emails, SEO articles and more.
- Work closely with various teams within the organization, including content, design, marketing and web development
- Do a thorough QC of content deliveries
- Ensure timely, quality delivery of content
- Ensuring content are as per client expectations
- Implement content delivery processes in order to streamline existing operations
- Front ending all client communications for select set of customers
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in content writing
- Proven experience in writing content for blogs, social media, websites, videos, and marketing collaterals
- Experience in writing for B2B tech industry would be an advantage
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
