Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing & Campaign Strategy

Develop end-to-end content strategies for influencer-driven campaigns across Instagram,

YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

Identify and align influencer voices with brand objectives to maximize impact and engagement.

Define storytelling formats, campaign narratives, and messaging guidelines tailored for diverse

audience segments.

White-Label Video for Performance Marketing

Conceptualize and manage white-label video production optimized for performance marketing

(Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

Collaborate with video production and performance teams to design ad creatives (UGC-style,

testimonial-based, product explainers) that drive conversions.

Leverage A/B testing insights and platform analytics to refine video content for higher CTR,

engagement, and ROI.

D2C Content Strategy

Build content roadmaps for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands, focusing on retention,

conversion, and lifetime value.

Craft content funnels across paid, earned, and owned media from brand awareness to post-

purchase loyalty.

Partner with performance marketing and growth teams to create landing page copy, video scripts, and conversion-focused creatives.

Optimize storytelling for marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and brand-owned channels (Shopify,

WooCommerce).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with influencer relations, creative, performance marketing, and client-servicing

teams to ensure content alignment.

Translate client briefs into actionable creative strategies that balance brand aesthetics with data-

driven performance goals.

Key Requirements

2+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or influencer marketing

(agency/D2C brand preferred).

Proven expertise in video content strategy for performance marketing.

Strong understanding of D2C marketing funnels, customer journeys, and content-led

conversion tactics.

Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and campaign planning skills.

Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and social listening tools.

Ability to balance creative intuition with data insights.
