Role Summary

We're looking for asocial media brain.Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling.Someone who studies how creators, brands, and founders build communities through content.

AtDigiTea, you'll conceptualize, research, and scripthigh-performing contentfor Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, from idea to execution. You'll decode viral patterns, build storyboards for creators and brands, and bring original, scroll-stopping ideas to life.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Research

  • Developmonthly content strategiesand topic banks aligned with brand voice and positioning.
  • Conductdeep researchon trends, competitors, and content performance to fuel new ideas.
  • Translate insights from data, psychology, and social trends into actionable content frameworks.

Creative Ideation

  • Ideate originalreel topics, video hooks, and series conceptsfor different industries.
  • Brainstorm storytelling formats that fit short-form, long-form, and platform-specific narratives.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, creators, and the creative team to refine the final concept.

Scriptwriting & Structuring

  • Writesharp, impactful, and platform-tailored scriptsfor reels, YouTube, and branded videos.
  • Ensure the flow matches tone, camera performance, and retention structure (hookbuilddropCTA).

Trend Tracking & Market Understanding

  • Stay ahead of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithm shifts, creator trends, and audience behavior.
  • Analyze what's working across top creators and brands and adapt those learnings intelligently.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work directly with editors, designers, and production teams to ensure idea-to-output quality.
  • Collaborate with VPs and strategists to convert briefs into creative direction documents.

What We're Looking For

  • More than 3 years ofhands-on experience in social media content(brand, agency, or creator side).
  • A deep understanding ofcontent formats, hooks, virality, and storytelling.
  • You regularly follow top creators, marketing pages, and trends and analyzewhycontent works.
  • Excellent command of English and storytelling clarity in both short and long form.
  • Basic knowledge of content analytics and performance metrics (retention, reach, watch rate).
  • Ability to research fast, think sharp, and present ideas clearly to the creative and production team.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with scripting or directing video content.
  • Understanding of brand positioning, tone, and persona design.
  • Ability to visualize how ideas can be executed creatively on camera.
