Role Overview
We're looking for a Content Specialist who can directly manage and optimize digital channels — Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and CMS — while building impactful sales enablement content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with analytics and wants to make a measurable impact on both marketing and sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Google Ads: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads.
- LinkedIn: Develop organic and paid campaigns, craft thought leadership content, and leverage Boolean search for targeted outreach.
- SEO: Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search intent, and track performance to improve rankings.
- CMS Management: Publish and maintain website and landing page content, ensuring consistency and conversion optimization.
- Sales Enablement: Build collateral such as one-pagers, presentations, and playbooks to support the sales team across buyer stages.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills tailored to B2B audiences.
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques for LinkedIn prospecting.
- Ability to create sales enablement materials that align with marketing strategy.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
