About NeuroDiscovery AI

NeuroDiscovery AI is an AI-native, neurology-specialized company helping pharma and biotech teams accelerate clinical trials, real-world evidence, and commercialization. Our platform combines multimodal neurology data with AI across EHR, clinical notes, imaging, labs, and related healthcare data sources to solve high-value problems in patient identification, study feasibility, evidence generation, and AI-enabled workflows. We are building the commercial foundation of the company and are looking for an exceptional early sales hire to help create a qualified pipeline with the right life sciences buyers.

The Role

We are hiring a Founding SDR to open strategic conversations with pharma and biotech accounts. This is not a generic, high-volume outreach role. We are looking for someone who can research accounts intelligently, identify the right stakeholders, write sharp personalized outreach, and convert cold targets into qualified meetings. You will work closely with leadership and help shape how NeuroDiscovery AI goes to market.

What You`ll Own

  • Build and prioritize target account lists across pharma and biotech
  • Identify and map stakeholders across Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, HEOR, RWE, Market Access, and Innovation teams
  • Run personalized outbound across email, LinkedIn, referrals, conference follow-up, and account-based campaigns
  • Generate qualified meetings for commercial leadership
  • Qualify prospects based on use case, urgency, strategic fit, and buyer engagement
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene, follow-up discipline, and clean pipeline visibility
  • Capture objections, market feedback, and buying signals to improve messaging and targeting
  • Partner with leadership on campaign strategy, account prioritization, and outbound experimentation
  • Help build a repeatable outbound motion from the ground up

What We`re Looking For

  • 1–4 years of experience in SDR, BDR, business development, or inside sales
  • Strong written communication and prospecting ability
  • Comfort with outbound outreach and opening conversations from scratch
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and strong follow-through
  • Ability to quickly understand complex healthcare, AI, or data-driven products
  • Genuine interest in healthcare, life sciences, AI, and enterprise sales
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with high standards and some ambiguity

Strong Plus

  • Experience selling into pharma, biotech, CROs, or healthcare technology companies
  • Familiarity with clinical trials, patient recruitment, RWD, RWE, or healthcare SaaS
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
  • Prior startup or early-stage company experience
