You are a strategic content marketer passionate about launching compelling product narratives and web experiences. You have found the right team.

As a Content Marketing Associate within our Global Marketing team, you will partner across marketing, product, web, and legal/compliance to build highquality, clientready materials and optimized webpages that are accurate, clear, and on time. You will lead end-to-end product content creationlaunching new assets, refreshing collateral, and building SEO-optimized webpages with global partners. You will orchestrate reviews and approvals, juggle multiple workstreams, and use data and strong writing to deliver clear, compliant, high-performing content on time.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build endtoend product launch materials with SMEs, including pitchbooks, solution sheets, and email copy.
  • Develop audiencespecific webpage copy and page structures for clarity.
  • Optimize webpages for SEO and GEO and partner with design, UX, and technology to publish updates.
  • Refresh collateral to reflect product changes, positioning updates, and business priorities.
  • Incorporate legal and compliance feedback to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals across global stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Manage multiple workstreams, prioritizing to keep launches and BAU updates on track.
  • Uphold content quality and brand standards with precise version control and style adherence.
  • Apply accessibility best practices across all materials.
  • Partner with analytics and channel owners to assess performance and improve copy, structure, and UX.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships through clear communication, proactive updates, early risk flags, and solutions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

  • At least 5 years of content or product marketing experience in Financial Services.
  • Polished communication skills with global partners.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to translate complex products into clientfriendly language.
  • Proven crossfunctional partnership and ontime delivery under tight timelines with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; manage multiple concurrent deliverables in a fastpaced environment.
  • Relationship management strength and comfort engaging across time zones.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; comfort with structured review and approval processes.
  • Handson experience with content operations tools (e.g., Workfront or Monday.com).
  • Experience with analytics and optimization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics).

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

  • Experience supporting product launches and maintaining multichannel content libraries.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and onpage best practices (e.g., SEMrush or similar).
  • Experience in regulated industries with formal review and approval processes.
