As a Content Marketing Associate within our Private Bank Marketing team, you will build and launch product content, refresh collateral, and optimize client-facing webpages in partnership with global stakeholders to deliver clear, compliant materials on time.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop pitchbooks, solution sheets, and email copy for product launches.
- Partner with subject matter experts to gather inputs and validate accuracy.
- Build and maintain product webpages with audience-specific copy.
- Optimize pages for SEO and GEO and structure content for clarity.
- Collaborate with design, UX, and technology teams to publish updates.
- Refresh collateral to reflect product changes and positioning updates.
- Coordinate global reviews and approvals, incorporating legal and compliance feedback to meet timelines.
- Manage multiple workstreams and prioritize to deliver launches and BAU updates.
- Enforce brand, style, version control, and accessibility standards across assets.
- Analyze content performance with analytics and channel partners to recommend improvements.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with onshore partners through proactive, transparent communication.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- At least 5+ years of experience in content or product marketing within financial services.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex product details into clear, client-friendly language.
- Proven ability to partner across multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines with strong attention to detail.
- Polished communication skills and comfort collaborating with global partners across time zones.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple concurrent deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word comfort working within structured review and approval processes.
- Relationship-driven mindset with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with web content publishing and content operations tools (e.g., Workfront or Monday.com Adobe Analytics SEMrush or similar Microsoft Suite/Teams).
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience supporting product launches and maintaining product content libraries across channels.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and on-page best practices for web content.
- Experience working in regulated industries with formal review and approval workflows.
- Exposure to CMS platforms and basic HTML preferred.
- Comfort interpreting analytics to inform copy, structure, and UX optimizations.
