PiperSerica is a long-only active equity asset manager that employs various equity investment strategies in India. We manage multiple funds that invest in Indian listed companies for domestic and foreign individuals and institutions. We also manage a fund that invests in Indian startups that are building technology-led business models. We have been investing in Indian companies for over 30 years and have a very solid understanding of how to succeed while investing in India, navigating through various risks, most of them unique to India as an emerging market.
Role Objective-
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role responsible for creating, editing, curating, and distributing content across digital platforms. The individual will ensure high-quality output, brand consistency, and timely deployment using relevant digital marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities-
- Create, edit, and repurpose content across digital formats, including LinkedIn posts, carousels, short articles, emailers, newsletters, website content, and event collaterals.
- Convert long-form research, insights, and investment material into concise, engaging content suitable for digital platforms.
- Execute timely distribution of content across channels using SEO tools, email campaign platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, language, visual identity, and messaging across all published content.
- Manage and maintain all marketing collaterals, ensuring content is updated, version-controlled, and aligned with current narratives.
- Create, edit, and optimize short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms using relevant video editing tools.
- Support marketing campaigns by preparing content for public- and private-market communications.
- Drive engagement across digital platforms by regularly publishing relevant content and keeping the ecosystem informed.
- Track and report basic content performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and open rates to support continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to execute content requirements for events, campaigns, and ongoing communication.
- Assist in keeping all digital platforms active, updated, and aligned with the overall marketing plan.
- Stay updated with industry practices, digital marketing tools, and basic compliance requirements relevant to financial communications.
- Learn, use, and manage internal web portals, dashboards, and content management systems to support marketing and communication workflows.
- Assist in managing communication channels, including WhatsApp broadcasting and investor communication tools, to ensure timely and consistent information sharing.
Day-to-Day Activities-
- Daily engagement through content for various products.
- Keeping all social media pages live and active with relevant content.
- Ensure all seamless sharing of content among investors, distributors and other industry stakeholders.
- Participate actively in engagements with management and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities-
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Comfortable with content tools (G Suite, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/Premiere Pro, Canva, Email Campaigners, Broadcasting tools, CMS, Social Media Platforms like Scheduling tools)
- Curious to understand markets, investing, and technology
- Ability to execute independently with clear briefs
Salary & CTC-
56 Lakhs Per Annum plus incentives, as per the discussion.

Specific qualifications include:
- Graduate or an equivalent professional degree with 2+ years of experience.
- Broad experience in the Financial/Banking Industry and understanding of the marketing around products and asset classes.
- Hands-on multi-tasker, self-directed, capable of working independently and as part of the team.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of distributor engagement and management.
- Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
- Able to work independently and adaptable to work in a demanding environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
- PowerPoint and Excel expertise required.
