Job Title: Content Manager

Location: Remote

Experience: 3+ years

Job Type: Full-Time

Shit time: EST 9AM-5PM (Night shifts in India)

About the Role

We're looking for someone who can truly own the content side of things — not just create plans, but actually drive them end-to-end.

As a Content Manager, your role will sit at the center of everything: clients, team, and execution. You'll be the person making sure ideas are clear, content is on point, timelines are followed, and clients feel confident working with us.

This is not just a posting or coordination role — we need someone who understands content, thinks strategically, and can manage both people and expectations.

What You'll Be Responsible For

1. Client Handling & Communication

 You'll be directly working with clients on a day-to-day basis.

Understand what the client actually wants (not just what they say)

Share content ideas, post directions, and campaign thoughts

Take feedback, clarify doubts, and manage expectations properly

Keep communication smooth, professional, and timely

2. Content Planning & Ideation

Create weekly/monthly content plans based on the client's niche and goals

Suggest post ideas, hooks, formats (reels, carousels, etc.)

Ensure content is not repetitive and actually adds value

Stay updated with trends and bring fresh ideas regularly

3. Team Coordination & Management

Work closely with designers, video editors, and writers

Clearly explain what needs to be created (no confusion, no back-and-forth)

Assign tasks, follow up, and ensure deadlines are met

Review work before it goes to the client

Handle revisions without creating chaos in the team

4. Quality & Execution

Make sure content aligns with the brand voice and standards

Double-check everything before delivery (captions, creatives, flow)

Maintain consistency across all platforms

5. Process & Ownership

Keep things organized (content calendars, task tracking, approvals)

Identify gaps in process and improve them

Take ownership — if something goes wrong, you fix it

6. What We're Looking For

Someone who is confident talking to clients (this is non-negotiable)

Someone who can manage a team without micromanaging

Strong understanding of social media content (especially Instagram & short-form content)

Ability to think creatively but also execute practically

Good sense of responsibility — you don't wait for instructions for everything

Comfortable handling multiple clients/projects at the same time

Experience Required

2–4 years of relevant experience in content, social media, or agency work

Prior experience in client handling is a big plus

Experience working with remote teams is preferred

8.Tools / Skills (Good to Have)

Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Trello, Notion, or similar

Basic understanding of content performance (engagement, reach, etc.)

Understanding of design/video basics (you don't need to create, but you should understand)
