Job Title: Creative Post Producer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and creatively driven Creative Post Producer to manage the end-to-end production of campaign content across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in political campaigns who thrives in high-pressure environments and can deliver high-quality, high-volume content at speed. You will be responsible for translating campaign messaging into compelling visual and digital outputs while ensuring consistency, timeliness, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Production Management

  • Oversee the execution of daily content needs including social media creatives, videos, reels, carousels, and campaign collateral
  • Manage production pipelines from concept to final delivery
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and social media teams

2. Creative Execution

  • Translate campaign briefs, messaging, and narratives into visually engaging content
  • Ensure all creatives align with campaign tone, branding, and messaging guidelines
  • Contribute ideas for innovative formats to improve engagement

3. Rapid Turnaround & War Room Support

  • Deliver real-time content during rallies, speeches, debates, and breaking news
  • Work in war room setups to produce quick-response creatives and videos
  • Adapt content rapidly based on political developments and feedback

4. Platform Optimization

  • Ensure content is tailored for different platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and best practices
  • Optimize creatives for maximum reach, shareability, and engagement

5. Quality Control & Brand Consistency

  • Review all outgoing creatives for accuracy, grammar, visual quality, and political sensitivity
  • Maintain consistency in design language, typography, and messaging
  • Ensure compliance with campaign and legal guidelines

6. Asset & Workflow Management

  • Organize and maintain a library of campaign assets (photos, videos, templates, brand kits)
  • Streamline workflows using project management tools and clear processes
  • Manage multiple content requests simultaneously under tight deadlines

7. Collaboration

  • Work closely with content strategists, political consultants, and communication teams
  • Coordinate with on-ground teams for real-time content capture
  • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers when needed

8. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, video editors, and motion artists
  • Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of all creative outputs
  • Review team output and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality standards
  • Build efficient workflows and ensure smooth coordination within the creative team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Design, or related field
  • 4–8+ years of experience in content production, with at least 1–2 years managing creative teams
  • Prior experience in political campaigns, public affairs, or high-pressure media environments

Employment Type: Contractual

Working Days: (Monday to Saturday)
